This section contains a selection of my personal work, the majority of which is produced using traditional photographic processes, being shot on Black and White negative film and hand printed in the darkroom. In recent months however, I have also been experimenting with digital black and white production.

Black and white images have a unique quality and a timeless appeal, often conveying more mood and atmosphere than colour work. In particular I have a liking for Infra-red sensitive film, which captures light rays that are invisible to the human eye, giving a ghostly, ethereal quality which suits my work.

Many of the images depict the landscape of my home county, Cornwall, a place rich in history and atmosphere.
